[Bug 20673] wine client error 9

The repair tool repaired the bugs, however, there is a new problem now. It
launches the main screen fine, but when it gets to the download part [to
redownload the patch since i reset everything] it goes through the "writing
textures to patch.mpq" and then errors out. The little window that pops up has
nothing inside, but two buttons that say repair or ok. Pressing okay shuts it
down, and pressing repair puts me through the same process.

What can I do: is the last resort reinstalling and hope that it works?
