Patch that lets Quicken Will Maker Plus 2010 run

This patch implements the fixes and workarounds discussed.  It changes
PSDRV_ExtDeviceMode to be declared as CALLBACK instead of CDECL.  It also makes
it so that when PSDRV_ExtDeviceMode is called with lpszDevice == NULL and
dwMode == 0, it returns the "large enough" size 65536.  With this fix, Quicken
Will Maker Plus 2010 runs without any special settings needed, and printing
works.
