I'm guessing f3b39d908523ad3641de95e475402ae1436bb4ce which was part of release
1.1.27.
I very very quick skim suggests this change fixes textures that actually start
SRGB, to not be reuploaded unneccesarily. It wouldn't have fixed the Warhammer
Online issue which was the texture's sampler state being flipped back and
forth, triggering reuploads every time, due to difference in Direct3D and
OpenGL SRGB support.
