Who says that? Just tested the installer from
http://download.yimg.com/ycs/msg/dl/msgr10/us/ga1/msgr10us.exe and it installs
just fine here....

I'm marking this invalid for now. Please reopen if you still run into trouble
installing on a fresh WINEPREFIX
