I would try to run outside a chroot. Just run the 32-bit glxinfo and also try
to copy the i965_dri.so library to the 32-bit dri directory. If it works in a
chroot it is quite similar to a mixed 32-bit / 64-bit system because it still
uses the same 64-bit kernel module or Xserver.
