This is shown when the game is started.  Obviously the EULA is being shown, but
the slider and buttons do not work.  I'm not sure this is the same problem as
this bug, as I can physically see the EULA, and I don't have an NVidia card,
but it seemed relevant.  None of the previously suggested fixes helped.  The
regedit "fix" actually made an error come up saying I did not have the correct
hardware to run the game.
