The program runs from the CD drive, so I had to type LANG=he_IL.UTF-8 wine
/media/cdrom0/diagnet.exe - and it worked :)  Thank you!  But now, how do I
make it work permanently?  Each time I launch it from the GUI afterwards, it
still used the English locale.
