I'm not sure - if Serious Sam actually launches, I would imagine it might be a
different problem. The L4D2 problems with the crash after the intro video we
figured were due to a new DRM feature in the game - we have a hack that gets
that working, but now Valve has broken the Steam installation of the game
again, so I'm looking into that.
