"Shutting Down..." and on is when i give up waiting that something happens and
decide to exit from Steam.....

I see a lot of errors and no matter i'm no an expert far from that they seem
OLE related ?!? could that related also with dotnet20 ? i noticed that progress
bar won't go all the way during installation of dotnet20 and console gives
lot's of errors during instalation of it no matter in the end, the installer
says that it was installed successfully.
