I did that. 
No changes - this bug is still on. 
(Wine 1.1.33 / Protel demo version v. 2.54) with "./winetricks cc580".

> First get a script with 'wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks'.
> Then do './winetricks cc580' after that it'll download a native comctl32 module
