Not an appdb bug.

You're using ies4linux, which is going to cause a ton of problems that wine
can't support.

That said, there very well may be a valid bug. Can you try:
$ mv ~/.wine ~/.wine # make a clean start
$ wget kegel.com/wine/winetricks
$ sh winetricks ie6

and then install chromeframe?
