Hi shiruken, if i run the game without a medicine prescribed by a well known
scene group i'll get following console output and wine dies.

(thread 0009), starting debugger...


If i use such medicine i get same console output like you, but despite of that
console's exception, the game runs :) 


And when i use a dark c0ded medicine, the game even runs without any console's
exception.

So this bugreport is probably about SecuROM-v7.38 or SecuROM-v7.39 (depends on
your NFS version). But i don't think, it's duplicate of bug 7065, because this
SecuROM does NOT check DVD. This version of Securom (at least for NFS
Undercover) does Online Activation instead of DVD check! (If you have
valid/purchased serial number, you can happily use:

 * burned image
 * mounted image
 * downloaded version from EAstore

under WinXP and play the game without a crack).

Demo does not exist for NFS Undercover...
