I confirm this bug.

I've run "wine iexplore" command, the IE window appeared with "cannot display
this content" (or something like that) and pop-up if I want to install Gecko. I
clicked "Yes" and another dialog showed up with a progress bar, but it stayed
at 0% for a minute, then I got a message that it crashed.

I've attached the terminal output and a screen.

Also, I tried to run Steam and it also crashes, most probably due to the Gecko
engine (I'll file a bug about it).
