I confirm this bug in Wine 1.1.30. I tested a couple of my own Qt 4.5 apps and
none of them had text, BUT I noticed something strange - non-English
characters, like "ł", "ś", ć" were displayed properly. I've attached two
screenshots while running with Polish and English version of translations and
also log from the terminal.

(there's a source for Linux and Windows and a binary version for Windows).
