winedebug all when program has already misbehaved and I re-open it. 

Here's how I produced this. 
I ran DNS until it misbehaved. Then I closed DNS and killed wineserver. Then I
tried to re-start DNS. 
Now, the usual result of this is that I can't run it again and have it behave
properly. Usually it just freezes on open, and that's what it did here. 
So in theory the "bug" is already full-blown by the time this happens.
