Yes i see it. That is a separate and unrelated bug i think. File a new bug for
that.

Yes. This happens in the top and bottom part of the window. I think it is
caused by the "jumping around" you mentioned above. This can cause the window
to be placed above or below the screen which is not supported by the WM. I
think this also relates to a WM bug.
