It certainly does not set any libraries to native. Do not report any bugs when
overriding Wine's dlls with native libraries.

As I said, remove ~/.wine directory and try to install your program again. If
the problem persists, attach complete terminal output. And make sure you do
have Wine debug symbols installed.

Invalid - unsupported configuration.
