For your info, on Karmic beta using wine1.2 (1.1.30) from the Ubuntu
repositories, it is impossible for me to get foobar working properly. The only
possibility is to use padsp and kill all other applications which use the sound
engine. This is really frustrating.

Thus, I applied the PulseAudio patch and now I can use foobar again without
problems! I think this patch should be added to the main tree, as there is a
maintainer and the current audio solutions are not sufficient.
