Unfortunately the error persists with wine 1.1-30. Best case it moans about a
stub with regard to setting the 
SetSwapArea16 command, typically wine tells you that there has been a bug and
the application needs to be terminated. Logfile of call please see attachement,
created by

wine DESIGNER.exe > wine-log 2>&1
