Hi Ken, there is still the same problem in wine 1.1.31 as originally reported
in comment #0, i.e. console is flooded 3849x by:

"fixme:mountmgr:harddisk_ioctl unsupported ioctl 70020"


and then followed by windows message: 

"Please insert the correct DVD-ROM, select OK and restart application".


Both this messages gone, if i use cracked exe. BTW: CoD4: Modern warfare uses
as copy protection SafeDisk v4.81.000 (DVD) and as such this bug report should
be marked as duplicate of bug #219.
