Patch 3/3: Use pthread_setaffinity_np to set thread affinity when available

This third patch adds the tid to the reply to the set_thread_info server
request.  The tid was set to the pthread id in patch 2 of the series.  Using
it, a process should be able to set the affinity of a thread within the same
process as it to the requested affinity.  Unfortunately pthread_setaffinity_np
crashed for me when I tried to use it, and I don't know the reason.
