First menu showing button displacement, small size, artifacts from desktop

This is a screenshot of the opening splash screen illustrating displacement to
right, transparent areas showing the desktop image (fish scales), buttons
off-screen. It also has focus, but appears underneath the Larger Turbocad user
interface. Because it is normally invisible, and has focus, a user cannot
perform any click action in the TC UI. If that screen is minimized, this splash
screen is available, and can be exited, allowing the UI to obtain focus.
