Still present in wine 1.1.31.

It's clearly missing some functions in mshtml.

The first one you get to is PersistStreamInit_InitNew;
then you have some or'd dispatch flags that need to be dealt
with (which Jacek just now submitted a patch for).

(Tester note - you need to install the VB6 runtime, obviously).
