I always install 64-bit Kubuntu, although I suspect it may work for other
64-bit users (need confirmation first). I'll reformat my whole hard disk (after
backing up any data) and reinstall Kubuntu. I'll close this bug anyway, and
reopen if needs be, particularly if this bug reoccurs in a fresh install of
Kubuntu.
