Hi, i also tried 3Dmarks 2001SE under wine-1.1.31 with "winetricks gecko" and
it produces following errors instead of opening browser with readme:

err:winebrowser:get_url_from_dde Unable to retrieve URL from string L"\""
err:winebrowser:wmain Usage: winebrowser URL
