I reproduced the same crash as in Comment #2

  =>0 0x01ac821c in webkit (+0x35821c) (0x0032db6c)

Looks like a crash in Webkit, and I was able to avoid the problem by installing
a couple of extra packages with winetricks:

  winetricks corefonts flash vcrun2005

Now iTunes successfully loads without crashing, but it acts as if it is frozen.
I can move the window around, but not click any buttons or menus. CPU is idle.
