Trying to go in to South Qeynos it crashes on me with:

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x158b628 "?" wait timed out in
thread 002f, blocked by 003b, retrying (60 sec)
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0xffffffff at address 0xa1e2b8
(thread 0016), starting debugger...

Now thats with my main, 1 alt so far can hit:

Stalwart Township
GrayStone Yard
Qeynos Harbor
South Qeynos

So it's not crafting zone, it's something with chars....
