native comctl32 is just a workaround, so this is not a blocker "blocks
development" http://bugs.winehq.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#importance

The component can't be comctl32 because you are using the windows version.

You should make sure bugs are filed for builtin comctl32 and are updated rather
than file a bug for behavior seen with native dlls.  Someone may mark this
invalid.
