It's probably the applications called by winemenubuilder, namely
"update-mime-database ~/.local/share/mime" and "update-desktop-database
~/.local/share/applications". Run those manually to see which it is.

Those errors are harmless, and it has nothing to do with Wine, though we might
want to hide their output from the user to avoid similar bug reports in the
future?
