Sorry, my previous comment wasn't clear enough.

The problematic code in dlls/dsound/mixer.c (and in fact the entire file)
didn't change from the previous time you asked, so I see no point in retesting.
Please reask only if you clearly see in the code that output samples are not
copies of the input, but are combined from several nearby input samples using a
windowed-sinc or similar filter.
