You are right. Though I don't have the ukai font installed, a closer look at
the +relay output showed that the ttf-oriya-fonts was the problem. 'sudo chmod
000 /usr/share/fonts/truetype/ttf-oriya-fonts/' works around it. Then I get the
same output as shown in comment #2, so the original bug is still present in
wine 1.1.29.
