Temp patch that fixes second problem

I've found a temporary fix. I've forced async wait timeout to 200 milliseconds,
and now it doesn't wait 8 minutes. It is rather unclean way, but it works. 
When i try to set too short timeout, barcode get cut. That mean, that something
happens in this 200 milliseconds, but wineserver doesn't report. To make it
report the event would be good universal fix.
