My prefixes are the clean. I make new ones all the time. 

You're absolutely right, though. Wine should implement this dll. I imagine this
issue will only become more of a problem as more games require DirectX 10 and
above. 

Side note: I just bumped up my windows version to vista and UT3 still launches.
