May I respectfully suggest that this is a wine bug. I will be glad to try to
prove that. 

Can you point me to an alternate way to install ie6 with 128 bit encryption
under wine? I will perform that alternate install (without using ies4linux) and
if the same problem happens, will you take a look at it then?
