Revelation starts up correctly using current git.

Maybe I should mention the following line in Wine's console output:
err:d3d:state_undefined Undefined state.
I don't think it has anything to do with your fix, but it wasn't there before.
Repeats quite often.
Haven't tested Revelation with the last few Wine releases though.
