GetPixel and SetPixel are implemented now.

Clearscale still needs support for saving PNG files. I started work on this,
but the resulting files were apparently corrupted (although the tests pass),
and I didn't have time to debug it. It'll probably be a while before I work on
this again. I can send what I have so far if anyone is interested.
