Terminal output with separate WINEPREFIX

What's wrong? As far as I can tell, it accesses "Wine placeholder DLL"s in
WINEPREFIX/drive_c/windows/system32/ Those are PEs.

Just in case here's the output for installation from scratch, which never had
any DLL overrides.
