For starters, you could post the console output without +relay.

For another thing, installing anything the way you did is invalid.  I know it
worked for you when you weren't trying to embed a manifest, and that isn't the
point.  The point is, we can't know if it's a result of your invalid
installation or a Wine bug that it's crashing for you.  If there's a bug that
prevents you from installing, please reference it.
