You already have.  My point is, this is either a Linux kernel bug--we're making
the correct call to schedule the thread on a different CPU, and the kernel
isn't honoring that request--or the APIC identification is failing under Wine. 
If the former is true, you'd need to take this up with the Linux folks.  If the
latter is true, it's a different bug.
