Out of curiosity. Why would you want to run this application in Win98 mode?

The homepage states it's supported on W2K+ and I'm not able to install it on
real Win98 ("The cdbxp_setup_4.3.0.1991.exe file expects a newer version of
Windows. Upgrade your Windows version").

Installing it on a clean wine prefix in Win98 mode also fails ("This program
requires Windows NT version 5.0.2195 or later.").
