For ALSA , the period_size of those PCI sound cards are multiple of PCI brust
size , wine seem to use period_time of 10ms but those wave file are usually
22050 Hz or 44100 Hz ( multiple of 3 )
Seem like those numbers in DSOUND_Fraglen are magic number
