I can confirm that the bug exists. The regression test gave me the same result
on Heroes of Might and Magic - Tribes of the East.

Reproducing:

1. download Tribes of the East demo from
http://www.gamershell.com/download_21173.shtml

2. try with 1.1.37 and 1.1.42

The screen is flickering on 1.1.42,

Video card:

OpenGL vendor string: ATI Technologies Inc.
OpenGL renderer string: ATI MOBILITY RADEON X300
OpenGL version string: 2.1.8543 Release

I like playing with this game, so I would be glad if you could fix it.
