console output with dump

started steam, mv'd GameOverlayRenderer.dll out of the way, launched swkotor
from the Steam menu, and it still doesn't go.

also tried toggling that community in-game notification option in Steam's
settings.

log attached, although it looks mostly the same to my eye, but without
gameoverlayrenderer in the module list.
