Gratuitous space battles is also affected.

I completelly agree with #33, this bug is causing a lot of regressions, and I
guess that a lot of users are unable to fixing because on forums/guides they
usually recommend winetricks directx9 dotnet20... but never mention mmdevapi.
So lot of users have broken applications because of this.
