crash message installer

Dragon age Awakening installer will crash when the installer is on 99.8% of the
ep1_core.rar package, it will 1st report "wait timed out in thread" and 60sec
later the installer will crash.

I tried it normally and also by using taskset to put the process on 1 core,
makes no difference.
