Testing is pretty simple. Download is small (tiny) and when you run StrongDC++,
it asks you for some connection parameters. Press ESC (skip it for now), than
menu "File" -> "Exit". Hangs forever.


1. Confirming, please consider UNCONFIRMED->NEW and KEYWORDS: +REGRESSION,
+DOWNLOAD, +SOURCE

2. I did a regression test between 1.1.26 and 1.1.27:

the socket code assume it is not.

3. No other bug report suffers from this commit.

4. Revert of this patch on top of wine-1.1.42-146-g1c02a90 makes that problem
go away.
