Please attach WINEDEBUG=+mci,+mciqtz log for failures involving the MCI.
As a work-around, you could try to remove the mapping mpegvideo=mciqtz32 in
system.ini or try a native mciqtz32.dll to further help isolate the faulty
part.
Would 1.1.18 receive platinum rating like 0.9.30 did in AppDB?
