Confirming. Well described, easy to reproduce, small (tiny) download:

The behavior is the same in all the following versions:
 * 0.9.49, 1.1.12, 1.1.30, 1.1.42


I also noticed, that on windows you have a chance to "Undo", but under Wine
this option is grayed out.
