1. Confirming, please consider UNCONFIRMED->NEW and KEYWORDS: +REGRESSION,
+DOWNLOAD

2. I did a regression test between 1.1.2 and 1.1.3:

3. There are another bug reports suffering from this commit, see bug 21861 and
bug 15069.

4. Revert of this patch after git checkout makes that problem go away. Probably
(not tested) based on bug 21861 after reverting on top of 1.1.42 following two
commits it will work again even on 1.1.42:
