Agree with Felix. At least for the MIME types; the menu entries aren't
dangerous as long as they're kept on the Wine submenu.

Also, it would be nice that, instead of creating files directly on ~/.local and
~/.config, they were created in a folder inside the wineprefix, and soft-linked
from ~/.local and ~/.config. This way, removing a wineprefix folder would break
the links, which would then be easily recognized and deleted with a script.
